Our Aerial Platform of both fixed and rotary wing aircraft, along with hundreds of years of experience in forest pest management, allows us to adjust to any aerial application task keeping us on the cutting edge of technology. |
| Precision Forestry Protection’s Fixed Wing Fleet includes (4) 510 gallon capacity Thrush aircraft, (1) 565 gallon capacity Air Tractor and (1) 400 gallon capacity Air Tractor. All fixed wing aircraft are equipped with GPS technology that includes flow control for a very accurate and even application rate. Depending on the type of application to be made, each aircraft is equipped with a dry spreader, Micronair nozzles, or cp flat fan nozzles. |
| Our Rotary Wing Fleet has (2) 120 gallon capacity Hiller Soloy helicopters. Each aircraft is equipped with GPS and flow control for the most even and accurate application possible and can be outfitted with Micronair or Accu-Flo™ nozzles depending on the type of application. |
| All aircraft are turbine powered and maintained to a very high standard. The pilots at Precision Forestry Protection not only maintain current and proper licensing, but also attend multiple safety and regulatory awareness sessions each year. A high emphasis is placed on our ground support personnel and equipment. The overall safety of the operation requires well-trained people and highly-maintained equipment. |
